Bubbles - Kuala Besut Jetty:

Daily: 0800, 1200

*Note: Kuala Besut Jetty closes at 5pm daily and may close earlier depending on the sea condition.

The journey between Kota Bharu Airport and Kuala Besut Jetty is approximately an hour depending on traffic, while the boat ride between Kuala Besut Jetty and Bubbles is also approximately an hour depending on the sea condition.

Timing listed above shall serve as a rough guide and are subjected to changes that can be due to flight delays or weather condition. Any time after the scheduled speedboat, you will be arranged on the next availability. Please organize your arrival time well. As the resort is located further away from other places, not all ferry operators would take you all the way to our resort. Hence, it’s best to arrange it with us. However, kindly note that land and sea transfers operators are not under Bubbles dive resort jurisdiction, we are only providing assistance to you to ensure a smooth transfer to our beachfront.

Below are the meal times for Bubbles:

Breakfast (Buffet): 7:30am - 10:00am

Lunch (Based on Menu of the Day): 12pm - 2:30pm

Dinner (Buffet): 7:30pm - 9:30pm

Ala carte orders are not available except for finger food (potato wedges, french fries, nuggets etc.) which are available for order between 3pm - 5pm. Our kitchen will be closed on other timings to prepare for meals. However, drinks and ice creams are available for purchase over the counter from 7:30am to 9:30pm. You are also welcomed to bring along your own snacks just in case you feel hungry between meals.

If you have any food restriction/allergy, do let us know as well and we will try to accommodate.

Wi-Fi is available only at the restaurant and reception area. Wi-Fi is not available in the rooms. We encourage guests to unplug and enjoy the natural surroundings. Mobile network coverage is also limited.

1 month prior to booking date - 100% full refund of the amount paid

Less than 30 days - 50% cancellation fee from amount paid

Within 14 days - 10% refund of the amount paid

Less than 7 days – Non-refundable

The resort will not bare the bank transection fees and currency exchange rate lost. Refund is based on Ringgit Malaysia and the exchange rate of the time of refund.

Rawa Snorkelling Trip (Optional Add-On)

(Minimum 2 pax)

Snorkelling sites: Rawa island, Ekor Burung, Seringgi Isand

AM: 8:45am to 12:00pm

Price: Adult RM79, Child RM49 (12 years and below)

* Rawa snorkelling sites are islands further away from perhentian island. About 25 minutes boat ride to reach.

* Due to the further away location, we recommend going Rawa trip only in the morning as the weather condition may be unpredictable in the afternoon.

Yes. Masks, snorkels and life jackets are provided for use during the snorkel tours. Kids sizes are available. Due to Marine Park Regulation, fins will not be provided. You may choose to bring your own if you have any.

No, you don’t need to know how to swim. With the right-sized life jacket on throughout the entire snorkel tour, you’ll be just fine. During the briefing, we’ll show you how to use the mask and snorkel properly.

The boatman will serve as your guide. If the group is larger or has several people who are nervous about the water, we’ll provide an additional guide to ensure everyone feels comfortable.
