Itinerary
Day 1 - Arrive at Padang airport - Transfer and check in to guest house - Lunch - Theory development & lesson structure introduction - Transfer to surf site -Surf lesson 1 (2 hours) -Dinner, lesson review & rest Day 2 - Day 4 - Breakfast - Transfer to surf site - Surf lesson 2 & 4 (2 hours each) - Back to town for lunch & rest -Surf lesson 3 & 5 (2 hours each) -Dinner, lessons review & rest Day 5: - Breakfast - Transfer to surf site - Fun surfing session - Lunch - Check out from guest house, transfer to Padang airport

Who is eligible to participate?
Participation is recommended for individuals between 18 and 59 years old due to physically demanding outdoor activities.
Children and teenagers aged 6 to 17 can participate with the presence of a parent or legal guardian.
Adults aged 60 years and above must obtain medical clearance from a doctor to participate.
